Customer Experience Expert

Key Responsibilities:
* Build relationships with customers and understand their needs to identify opportunities to sell Apple products and services.
* Present products and services to customers and educate them on relevant ways to buy products.
* Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
* Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.
* Reliability to attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and subject to any approved accommodations.
