Specialising in residential conveyancing, the firm handles a broad range of high-quality transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership matters, luxury homes, and central London apartments. The Role
The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* New build properties
* Shared ownership matters
This position is based within the firms Bristol office and would suit an experienced conveyancer looking to join a forward-thinking and ambitious team. xsngvjr
About You
Applications are welcomed from experienced Conveyancing Executives, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, and Solicitors.
You will demonstrate:
* A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience
* Strong technical knowledge across a range of residential property transactions
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* A proactive and organised approach to file management
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
* A positive, team-focused attitude aligned with the firms collaborative culture
