We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Production Administrator with previous experience of working in a planning and manufacturing environment to join our clients’ well established manufacturing company based in Congleton, Cheshire. This role is offering an excellent salary of £26,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits.

About the role
As a Production Administrator, previous experience of working in a planning and manufacturing environment is advantageous and your responsibilities will include:
1. Identify components required from Sales Orders
2. Review stock quantities and raise purchase orders where needed
3. Schedule work on the Planner according to lead times
4. Create Daily Job Cards with the production supervisor
5. Receiving and check delivery notes from Goods Inwards
6. Maintain stock levels within the factory
7. Liaise with sales department to notify of any delays/issues
About You
The ideal candidate for the role of Production Administrator must be / have:
8. Planning and Co-ordination skills
9. MS Office (Basic Excel Experience essential)
10. Manufacturing / Engineering Operations experience
11. Stock management experience would be advantageous
12. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
13. Problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
14. Able to share knowledge and be open to new ideas
15. Health & Safety knowledge would be an advantageous
16. Technical Drawings (Autocad, Solidworks etc.) would be advantageous
17. Driving Licence – advantageous
About the rewards
In the role of Production Administrator, you will work Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week and the benefits include:
18. A salary of £26,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
19. 40 working hours per week (Mon - Thurs 7.30 - 4.30 / Fri - 7.30 – 3.00).
