We are currently recruiting Secondary Supply Teachers to work across KS3 and KS4 (with opportunities at KS5) in secondary schools throughout Crawley and the surrounding areas. This role is ideal for confident classroom practitioners who enjoy variety and adapting quickly to new environments. Your Role Will Include: Delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons within your subject specialism Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies Maintaining a positive and purposeful learning environment Following lesson plans and ensuring continuity of learning Assessing work when required and providing feedback to support progress Working collaboratively with department staff and senior leaders What We’re Looking For: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching in secondary schools (KS3–KS4; KS5 advantageous) Strong classroom and behaviour management skills Adaptability and confidence stepping into different school environments Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic approach Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) Why Join Supply Desk?
