Responsibilities
* Build and grow your own client base through networking, marketing and franchise support.
* Provide commercially sound, tailored HR advice across all sectors.
* Prioritise client needs and deliver high‑quality consulting services.
* Leverage ongoing 1‑2‑1 mentoring, coaching and business support from the franchise team.
* Utilise marketing collateral, training resources and reporting tools such as iReport to support clients.
* Participate in quarterly team meetings and maintain shared knowledge.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as an HR specialist, director or equivalent.
* Relevant qualification – e.g., CIPD – and current professional registration.
* Authorized to live and work in the UK.
* Strong entrepreneurial drive, commitment and passion for independent consultancy.
* Excellent communication, client‑management and business‑development skills.
