Job Description
The Governors are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed Premises Manager to join our team and take responsibility for managing the health & safety of our building, swimming pool, and grounds.
Responsibilities of the Successful Candidate
* Ensure the school site is maintained to a high standard.
* Implement health & safety legislation and conduct risk assessments.
* Carry out non-specialist building maintenance and essential gardening duties, ideally with some plumbing and electrical skills.
* Organise and manage the work of contractors.
* Prioritise work, meet deadlines, and multi-task effectively.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team with enthusiasm and commitment.
* Maintain a calm and fair approach in all situations.
