We currently have an exciting opportunity for a number of Lunchtime Organisers (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Pear Tree High School.
Overview
These are permanent posts working 12.5 hours per week from 11.00am to 1:30pm each day during term time only. The starting salary is £7,538 and the full time equivalent is £25,185 Grade 3.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop good professional relationships with students and other staff members.
* Undertake activities with groups of students during lunchtime clubs such as football, outdoor play, magazine club, art club, sensory story club.
* Assist at tables and support student food choices and development skills.
* Report serious incidents and accidents to senior staff.
* Provide first‑aid support or comfort to students who are unwell.
Additional Responsibilities
Provide high quality support over lunchtime, support healthy eating, maintain a pleasant atmosphere during lunch and lunchtime recreation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must have the right to work in the UK. Must be able to work effectively with the whole school community including pupils, parents, governors and staff.
