The Role
We are seeking an experienced Training & Health and Safety Manager to lead and grow our training division, oversee company-wide health and safety, and deliver high-quality in-house training.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving compliance, improving standards, and supporting our continued growth through effective training and safety leadership.

Key Responsibilities
•Lead, develop, and expand the company’s training division
•Design and deliver in-house training programmes across maintenance and cleaning services
•Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and best practices
•Develop, implement, and monitor H&S policies and procedures
•Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections
•Provide expert guidance and support to managers and operational teams
•Maintain training records and ensure workforce competency
•Promote a strong safety-first culture across the organisation
•Support business growth by aligning training with operational needs

Requirements
•Proven experience in a Training and Health & Safety role
•IOSH and NEBOSH qualifications (essential)
•Train the Trainer qualification (essential)
•Strong industry knowledge in maintenance and cleaning services
•Excellent communication and presentation skills
•Ability to work independently and manage a national remit
•Strong organisational and leadership abilities
