Chef De Partie (Live in Available)
A fantastic opportunity to join our friendly kitchen brigade as Chef de Partie. You will supervise your kitchen section and assist the Executive Head Chef and Sous Chef with the operation of the kitchen to the highest standards laid down by the hotel.
The team work hard to develop chefs at every level and this is an exciting time to be part of the amazing team at the hotel.
Chef de Partie Key Skills:
1. NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
2. Have previous experience as a Chef de Partie, working in varied sections in a hotel or volume restaurant environment
3. Have a desire to develop themselves and show passion and creativity in their work.
4. Work well as a part of a busy, close knit kitchen brigade
5. Possess a “can do” attitude, being able to work on your own initiative as required
