PMO Lead | Permanent | Hybrid | £60k | Weston-super-Mare
We are currently supporting one of our long-standing clients to find them a quality PMO Lead, someone who has an eye for continuous improvement and solutionising. Our client is an Tech consultancy, with the end client being a local government council. This is a really exciting time to join the business and drive standards and process to keep improving their end client relationship.
The ideal candidate will have a real desire to get their hands dirty and run with the position, someone who can not just identify problems, but provide solutions. A pragmatic go getter with excellent stakeholder management would excel in this position
Responsibilities:
* Providing senior governance and procedural structure to their current PMO function
* Identifying key areas of improvement and implementing best practices
* Working closely with the end client, striving to always improve the relationship
* Supporting a range of projects with contract sizes in the hundreds of thousands
What you will bring;
* Enthusiasm, proactivity, go-getter attitude and a strong willingness to make decisions
* Outstanding comms and stakeholder management skills
* Previous experience working within and scaling a PMO function
* Confident with software tools such as Microsoft packages
