Due to continued business growth, we are recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to join our client’s growing team based in Patcham.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to adults, helping them achieve their best day-to-day experiences. Therefore, you must be fit, active, and enjoy outdoor activities. Being a driver would be advantageous.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and be able to establish rapport. You must also be compassionate, empathetic, and genuinely motivated to make a positive difference in people's lives.
