The Role
You will lead procurement activities, manage key relationships, and develop our commercial pipeline. You will support business change initiatives, coach and mentor your team, and drive improvements in procurement services. You will also represent MI5 in strategic discussions with government departments.
About You
You have extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, with proven leadership skills. You are familiar with complex decision-making, risk analysis, and strategic influence. Experience with Cloud or AI-enabled services is highly desirable. A professional qualification such as MCIPS is preferred.

Assessment & Recruitment
Candidates must attend a virtual Assessment Development Centre and achieve an “A” accreditation. The process includes multiple stages, with a possibility of application processing up to 12 months.
