We're looking for a proactive and organised Training Coordinator to join our passionate and collaborative team in Peterborough. This is a standalone role where you will be responsible for the delivery of in-house training programs, and the coordination of accredited pesticide training programs with third-party training providers, including Lantra Awards, BASIS, and City & Guilds. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive and fun team environment. You'll be the main point of contact for all things training-related, ensuring the smooth planning, scheduling, and delivery of essential certification programs for our customers. Key Responsibilities will include: Delivery of in-house pesticide training courses. This will include delivering on-site at our offices in Peterborough, as well as at customer sites. Liaise with external training providers (Lantra Awards, BASIS, City & Guilds, and others) to arrange certified pesticide training. Undertake outbound sales calls to generate interest and bookings from new and existing customers. Provide quotes to customers for group-bookings. Coordinate training schedules with the third-party providers, supporting with venue selection and delegate bookings. Maintain accurate in-house training records. Monitor training effectiveness by gathering feedback from delegates on the training and delivery they received, in order to ensure we partner with the best providers for our customers. Ensure all training activities comply with industry standards and internal policies. This is a full time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday. About You Previous experience in a training delivery and coordination role would be advantageous, however, full training and induction will be provided. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Confident managing multiple priorities and working with external partners. Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of accredited training standards and providers (Lantra, Basis, City & Guilds) is highly desirable although not essential.
