The Role
The position will be completely removed from business development, sales & resourcing. Instead it will be solely focussed on the back-office operations, specifically taking ownership of
* Providing guidance and direction to SLT
* Compliance, risk & governance
* Operations, specifically enabling commercial activities & aligning with strategic objectives
* Customer management including supporting SLA's, retention & tenders
* Working closely with finance, HR & payroll
* Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
* Supporting with system implementations & developments
* Business partnering with Departmental Heads & Managers
