What You’ll Need
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
* Recent experience as a Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or similar role in an early years setting
* Sound understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding responsibilities
* Ability to manage daily routines and support staff consistently and calmly
What You’ll Do
* Lead the day-to-day running of your room, supporting staff and maintaining routines
* Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS
* Observe, record, and support children’s development and next steps
* Maintain safeguarding, health, and safety standards throughout the room
* Support and mentor practitioners to ensure consistent, high-quality practice
