* Event Coordinator: Play a key role in the planning and execution of public-facing events such as Open Mornings, Exhibition Events, and Taster Days.
* Data Driven: Maintain accurate records on the School\'s Management Information System (SIMS), using statistics to help assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
* Team Liaison: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and internal departments to provide regular updates on applications and ensure smooth pupil inductions.
What You Bring:
* Skills: Strong analytical and numeracy skills to handle statistical data, paired with excellent IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
* Communication: Ability to communicate succinctly and professionally with a variety of audiences, both in person and in writing.
* Attributes: A proactive, organised, and methodical approach to work, with the flexibility to attend weekend or evening events when required.
