Our Plymouth branch is looking for a commercially-minded, people-focused Deputy Manager to help drive performance, develop business opportunities, and support the continued success of our team.
The Role
As Deputy Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the branch alongside the Branch Manager — focusing on business growth, client relationships, and commercial success.
You’ll combine leadership with strategy: supporting your team to deliver exceptional service, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the branch meets its goals and compliance standards.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day operations of the Plymouth branch
* Leading business development activity — identifying and converting new client opportunities
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive repeat business
* Monitoring performance against targets and KPIs, and taking action to boost results
* Ensuring compliance with company standards
* Supporting recruitment and retention of healthcare professionals
* Motivating and coaching the team to deliver excellent service and grow the branch
About You
