Please read on to discover more about a GP practice in West Sussex seeking a Salaried GP The role is at a well established, rapidly expanding and forward thinking practice, offering a very well managed workload with 15 minute appointments. The surgery is a training practice so there is opportunity to get involved in teaching and training as well as extensive support for developing interest areas The surgery has a list size of circa 20,000 which is managed by a stable team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs who are supported by an excellent clinical support team including Nurses, Physician Associates, HCAs and Pharmacists. The admin side of things is extremely well managed by an excellent clerical support team with very efficient and clear systems in place, meaning GPs time is spent on clinical care rather than admin. Key Duties:
* Salaried GP Role
* 6 - 8 Sessions available
* Well managed workload of circa 15 consultations per session
* 15 minute appointment times
* Very well managed duty day
* Low visits
* Patient list size of circa 20,000
* Stable team of existing Partners and Salaried GPs
* Excellent clinical support team in place
* Support for career development and furthering specialist interests
* Training practice
* System One practice
* Purpose built practice with on site parking
* High QOF score and Good CQC report
Package and Benefits:
* £10,500 to £12,000 per session per annum DOE
