A key focus of this role will be driving growth across Live Nation UK’s core festival and venue business, developing commercially compelling proposals that showcase these assets as powerful platforms for brand partnership and long-term value creation. Live Nation UK Marketing Partnerships architects, sells and manages the company’s national corporate sponsorship programmes with the world’s most recognisable brands. Specific responsibilities include: Core Business Focus Maintain a strong focus on the core commercial drivers of Live Nation’s business, with particular emphasis on developing proposals that actively sell and elevate Live Nation UK’s festival and venue portfolio Work closely and collaborate with teams within Marketing Partnerships to unlock insights, opportunities and scalable platforms that translate into high-impact, sellable propositions Proposal Development Develop engaging and creative marketing programmes and transform into a clearly written, concise and visually pleasing proposal in response to RFPs Establish programme budget and feasibility through communication with internal stakeholders Lead internal communication with Live Nation personnel to help facilitate the development process including research and insights, experiential, marketing, digital Brief designers on creative elements Acquire a working knowledge of Live Nation assets/capabilities and identify their role in achieving brands business objectives Managerial Supervise the work and career development of 2 team members to ensure quality of output and professional growth Participate in the development and implementation of processes and best practices to maximise efficiency Oversee all sales materials for core festival and venue assets Equal Opportunities We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
