We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Business Studies Teacher to join their school. The successful candidate will inspire students with a strong understanding of business principles, entrepreneurship, and economics while preparing them for academic success and future careers in business. Tuesdays only, starting September 2025.
Duties as a Business Studies Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons in line with the curriculum.
* Teach key business concepts, including marketing, finance, management, and entrepreneurship.
* Use real-world case studies to enhance students' understanding of business environments.
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving in business-related scenarios.
* Support students with exam preparation and coursework.
* Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and business-related projects.
* Supporting the existing Teacher with 4 students in the class.
Ideal Business Studies Teacher:
* A degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
* Teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS, Diploma in Education) preferred.
* Experience teaching Business Studies at secondary level.
* Strong knowledge of business concepts, current industry trends, and economic principles.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as a Business Studies Teacher.
* Passion for teaching and developing students’ interest in business.
