OneRen is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support the organisation on an interim basis across management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.
This role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, providing meaningful financial insight, and supporting strategic decision making during a busy operational period.
The contract offers hybrid working with two days per week in the office alongside home working flexibility. The office is well connected by public transport.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead budgeting and forecasting activity
* Support financial planning and business modelling
* Provide financial analysis and management reporting
* Partner with budget holders and senior management
* Support strategic projects and transformation initiatives
* Assist with financial governance and reporting requirements
* Line manage and support finance staff where required
About You
* Fully qualified CCAB accountant or equivalent
* Strong management accounting and business partnering experience
* Experience supporting senior stakeholders and budget holders
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Able to work effectively within changing environments
* Public sector, charity, leisure, or regulated sector experience is advantageous
