What you'll be doing
* Reviewing tender documents, drawings and specifications for civils and utilities projects.
* Preparing detailed cost estimates covering labour, plant, materials and subcontractor packages.
* Developing pricing models for pipelines, ducting, cabling and associated infrastructure.
* Producing cost plans, BoQs and pricing schedules aligned to framework requirements.
* Working with engineering and delivery teams to validate scope, methodologies and programme assumptions.
* Managing and evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations.
* Identifying risks, opportunities and value engineering options.
* Supporting tender submissions, clarifications and commercial discussions.
What you'll bring
* Experience in construction, utilities, infrastructure or civil engineering.
* Strong understanding of estimating techniques and engineering methodologies.
* Ability to interpret drawings and multidisciplinary scopes.
* Proficiency with estimating software and Excel‑based pricing models.
* Solid commercial awareness and understanding of project risk.
* Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
