Key Responsibilities: Protecting the integrity, security, and safety of the site, its employees, guests, and visitors. Protecting the company’s assets against theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues. Investigating security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behaviour. Ensuring all mandatory positions are manned and all staffing requests are being fulfilled. Responding to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly and according to policy. Completing reports. Completing site administration duties. Ensuring compliance with government regulations. Delivering the highest levels of customer service, consistently demonstrating the core values of First Response Group. This Security Officer role is for candidates with an SIA Door Supervisor Licence and previous experience in a similar environment as a Security Officer or Security Guard. Requirements: Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence. Must have the right to work in the UK. Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858. Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in high-profile / high-footfall environments. Have a high level of self-presentation. Be punctual and reliable. High levels of written and verbal communication skills. Be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus.
