Job Title: Residential Property Solicitor Location: Richmond, Surrey Salary: £50,000 – £80,000 DOE Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Pattern: Hybrid – Home/Office working flexibility The Firm A well-established and modern high street commercial firm based in Richmond, Surrey, just two minutes from the train station, is seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join its friendly and professional team. The firm is known for delivering a high-quality, client-focused service with a modern approach to legal practice. The Role We are looking for a confident, experienced Residential Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE, ideally with experience managing files with minimal supervision. While the core of the role is residential conveyancing, there is also the potential to handle some commercial property matters if desired. Key Responsibilities Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload including: Sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity Licences to alter and assign Working independently with minimal supervision Meeting monthly billing and business development targets Ensuring compliance with Lexcel, CQS, and internal firm policies Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards Contributing to the growth and marketing of the firm Supporting clients and third parties through clear and timely communication Using the firm's IT and case management systems effectively (admin support provided) What We’re Looking For Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales Minimum 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing (senior candidates with 5 years welcome) Strong technical knowledge and ability to run matters from instruction to post-completion Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines Friendly, proactive, and client-focused attitude Willingness to support team growth and contribute to firm development Salary & Progression Salary range: £50,000–£80,000, depending on experience Why Join?
