Join Sage as an Inside Sales Manager to support, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Executives, driving the small business strategy.
Hybrid working – three days per week in our Newcastle office
Responsibilities
* Deliver the small business segment strategy with a strong commercial mindset and clear focus on results.
* Build advocacy and trust by embedding a consultative, solutions‑led sales approach within your team.
* Champion a customer success culture, ensuring every interaction adds value and strengthens relationships.
* Take ownership for achieving team revenue, product mix, and KPI targets – driving accountability through clarity and support.
* Develop and empower your team through regular coaching, constructive feedback, and meaningful growth opportunities.
* Foster a sense of ownership and urgency, encouraging your team to take initiative and deliver on commitments.
* Understand what motivates each individual and tailor your approach to bring out their best.
* Take full responsibility for your team’s product knowledge and capability development, identifying skills gaps and partnering with training teams to close them effectively.
