About the role
We have an opportunity for Registered Nurses to join our WembleyResidential Age Care Home, on a permanent part time and full-timebasis. Our fantastic nursing team focuses on providing the absolutebest possible care for our patients.
In these available roles you will have a personalised careapproach to residents by supporting their independence, whilemaintaining an increased level of professionalism and high-qualitysupport to our clinical team, ensuring safe medicationadministration, and maintaining quality care records.
Three roster patterns are available:
* Roster 1 (Week 1 Wed, Thurs, Fri 07:00-15:00 / Week 2 Mon,Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri 07:00-15:00)
About you
You are an energetic and self-motivated Registered Nurse who islooking to be a part of an enthusiastic and dynamitic team.You’ll have a commitment to quality patient care andsatisfaction, along with well-developed interpersonal andrelationship building skills. While also sharing the same caringapproach we have for our residents, and bring:
* Nursing qualification and current AHPRA Registration
* Experience in Aged Care Services with an understanding ofcurrent Age Care Quality Standards is preferred.
* Excellent time management and documentation skills
* Strong communication skills with a wide range ofpeople
* COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but notrequired.
* National Police Clearance (obtained within the last sixmonths)
