Job Title: Sports Lecturer
Location: Bedford
Contract: Full Time, Monday to Friday
Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Sports Lecturer to join our college in Bedford. The role involves planning and delivering Level 1, 2, and 3 Sport courses, assessing student progress, and supporting their development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver lessons for Level 1, 2, and 3 Sport students.
* Assess and track student progress, providing feedback.
* Contribute to curriculum development and improvements.
* Support student development and provide pastoral care as needed.
* Ensure adherence to health, safety, and safeguarding policies.
Requirements:
* Degree or relevant qualification in Sport or related field.
* Teaching experience (preferred but not essential).
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to motivate and support students of all abilities.
