Client Services is such an integral part of a print business. You're the face of the business to the client and the face of the client internally to the business. You know this, though, and you love all the interaction and touchpoints. As an Account Manager here, you'll be part of a small and agile team. There are only 12 of them and recently have gone through an acquisition which now puts the business in a very strong position with multiple offerings but importantly, it is right now that they are at the start of this new, exciting and ambitious next phase of the business. You'll be reporting to one of the Directors. He's incredible. There's not much you wouldn't learn from him, so as a mentor, a sounding board, he's up there! The idea is that they will offload some of the key relationships they have to the rest of the client services team (including you). Whilst this will be a gradual change, you'll be in a position to hit the ground running from having your Large Format or Signage knowledge already, get to know the clients, the process and then fly!
