Key Responsibilities and Requirements: As a gardener at Rendall & Rittner, you will: Have experience as a professional Gardener Be able to take on an advisory position, making judgements on how to optimise the outdoor space. Have strong horticultural knowledge, with an understanding on what plants will be best suited to the windy and dry terrain at the development. Have a meticulous way of working, ensuring the garden is kept to a high standard, you will be responsible for weeding, litter picking, jet washing, pest control and planting, as well as the experience of using specialist tools such as pruning shears/secateurs, lawnmower, strimmer rake, pitching fork and spade. Know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries regarding the outdoor space.
