* Help improve processes by spotting patterns and suggesting better ways of working.
What We’re Looking For:
* 1+ years of customer support or service experience
* Strong written and verbal communication skills (English)
* Full UK driving license
* Strong phone experience - comfortable speaking to customers over the phone
