Salary: £27,221 What you’ll be doing: Liaising with internal stakeholders and exchanging information to clarify a situation, resolve queries and problems Obtaining, formatting and analysing data from a number of sources and producing reports, schedules, summaries and letters for internal use Identifying and investigating discrepancies through data analysis and checking this information is communicated through the departments Maintenance and storage of technical documentation keeping filing systems up-to-date to ensure traceability so that information can be readily retrieved General Administrative and clerical duties Diary management and note-taking during meetings Your skills and experiences: Essential: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Data analysis, manipulation and interpretation experience Experience with diary management Desirable: Knowledge of the Submarine enterprise Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan.
