Service, maintain, and fault-find on air conditioning systems including split units, VRVs/VRFs, and AHUs. Perform mechanical maintenance duties including pumps, motors, pipework, valves, and basic plumbing repairs. Complete routine inspections and ensure all plant equipment operates efficiently. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs in a timely and professional manner. Update service records and job reports using PDA/mobile maintenance systems.
