BAND: 6 JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Principal Officer Estate Services in Housing Services Central Unit, the post holders will be responsible for key project and business activities using project methodologies and any further business specific change areas for Estates Services. This may include supporting the delivery of the following work strands: Cyclical Contract Procurement projects for Response Maintenance, Grounds Maintenance and Tree Surgery Contracts Business role on IT managed projects Delivery of the Damp and Mould Action Plan Any further business specific change areas for Estates Services REQUIREMENTS: 1. i) Hold a degree level qualification (Level 6) OR ii) Can demonstrate, including dates, equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 2 years relevant* experience as outlined in the main duties/responsibilities of the role (Please include dates) *Relevant experience will be determined from the key responsibilities of the post.
