Kick-start your career in IT with us! Are you finishing school, college, or university and looking to start your career in technology? Do you enjoy solving problems and helping people? This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to build your skills, gain a recognised qualification, and get hands-on experience in a real IT Support team.
What you’ll be doing
As an IT Support Apprentice, you’ll be part of our first line team – the friendly voice (or face!) that helps colleagues when their tech isn’t working as it should. Don’t worry if you don’t know all the answers yet; you’ll get full training and support to build your confidence and knowledge.
Day-to-day, you’ll:
* Be the first point of contact for IT queries (by phone, email, or online)
* Help fix issues with laptops, software, and accounts
* Escalate more complicated problems to colleagues when needed
* Set up new users and devices
* Keep track of issues and solutions so we can spot trends and improve
* Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, can-do attitude
What we’re looking for
We’re not expecting you to be an expert – this is all about potential and enthusiasm. We’d love to hear from you if you are:
* Curious about technology and how things work
* A good communicator who enjoys helping people
* Keen to learn and grow your skills
* Able to stay organised and reliable, even when things get busy
* Comfortable working as part of a team
What you’ll get from us
* A structured apprenticeship programme with a recognised IT qualification
* Support and mentoring from experienced IT professionals
* Real experience working with IT systems and tools used every day in business
* A welcoming team environment where your ideas are valued
