The Legal team is central to partnering with business leaders to provide accurate, timely and quality information to support their growth plans. About the role: Provide transactional legal support to Kerv and its other group companies in their business of selling wide-ranging communication and technology solutions including software, AI solutions and general services, equipment and cloud technologies. Work with all relevant functions (including HR, Sales, Product Management, Finance and Commercial teams) to coordinate, amend/negotiate and populate B2B commercial contracts as appropriate, including but not limited to: Master service agreements Partnership agreements Reseller contracts CCS Frameworks Work for Kerv Group and its subsidiary companies to facilitate the requirements for different services. Coordinate and prepare relevant papers and guidance notes as required. Answer generic queries and assist with management of the team inbox. Support the General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Update current policies and contracts as required. Support efforts to simplify and streamline Kerv’s standard contracts and materials. Carry out administration duties for own and team members’ work. Work alongside colleagues to maintain required processes. All about You: Experience negotiating customer and supplier commercial contracts. Strong attention to detail and drafting experience. Proactive, pragmatic and commercial approach to risk. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to juggle competing demands. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Fluent in written and spoken English. Desirable Attributes: Strong administration skills including MS Word and Excel. Excellent time management. Ability and willingness to travel to UK sites occasionally. Behaviour: Ability to identify and achieve solutions. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Collaborative and supportive team approach. Desire to develop legal skills. Maintains professional image. Demonstrates awareness of professional standards and quality service. Values diversity and equality of opportunity. Your Skills: PQE valued but not essential. Experience advising on cloud-based technology advantageous. Experience on both supply and procurement sides desirable. Awareness of Public Sector procurement routes useful. Knowledge of contract law and compliance requirements. Ability to balance workload and protect business against risk.
