* Experience supporting children with SEN in a primary school setting
* A compassionate, understanding, and resilient approach to working with children
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with school staff and professionals
* Availability for a part-time or full-time ongoing role
* Based in Dudley or able to reliably commute
