Marketing & Events Manager
The Marketing & Events Manager will be responsible for building and enhancing the ESP brand across key markets, including Residential, Electric Vehicles (EV), and Industrial & Commercial (I&C). This role requires a highly creative and strategic marketer with a tenacious drive who can plan and execute impactful campaigns, manage key external partnerships, and drive brand engagement through both digital and in-person initiatives.
Brand Development & Marketing
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to build the ESP brand across Residential, EV, and I&C sectors.
Manage and oversee content creation, ensuring consistent messaging and brand positioning. (Sustainability Report, Group Accounts etc)
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and sales strategies.
Oversee social media strategy, with a particular focus on LinkedIn, ensuring regular and engaging content.
Manage relationships with creative agencies, content writers, website developers, and other key external partners.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring high-quality, on-brand assets.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all platforms and materials.
Events & Webinars
Organise and coordinate webinars, ensuring relevant and engaging content for target audiences.
Plan and execute large-scale customer events and hospitality experiences, managing budgets effectively.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure events align with strategic goals and deliver strong ROI.
Manage event logistics, supplier coordination, and attendee engagement strategies.
Planning & Collaboration
Develop and maintain a marketing and events calendar, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and product teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategy.
Proven experience in marketing and event management, ideally within the utilities, infrastructure, or technology sectors.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Experience managing creative agencies and external vendors.
Ability to think creatively and generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong digital marketing skills, with a particular focus on LinkedIn and content-driven engagement.
