We're working with a well-regarded client located in Lincolnshire, East Midlands, who is currently looking for a skilled Contract Sous Chef to support their kitchen team. Support the Head Chef in the smooth running of kitchen operations
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with the menu specifications
Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to promote a positive and efficient working environment
Proven experience as a Sous Chef, preferably within a contract catering environment.
A creative approach to culinary techniques and presentation.
