We are looking to recruit a Development Sales Manager (Sales Advisor) to join our fantastic Southern region, based at our development in Didcot. The role will see you take responsibility for and manage the development sales function and be the primary Miller Homes contact for potential and existing customers. Having responsibility for securing the sale of homes and managing the customer journey in accordance with company standards, procedures and targets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To manage and control the Development sales function from pre-start to post completion
2. Meet prospective customers and maintain primary point of contact throughout customer journey
3. Manage the requirements and expectations of customers throughout the house buying process,
4. Take responsibility for the development’s presentation and ensure it reflects a strong sales message and the highest of standards
