About the role
:
As a Finance Analyst Graduate, you’ll become a valued member of our Finance team, where you’ll immerse yourself in our financial processes, tools, and brand. This rotational role spans over two years and allows you to gain hands-on experience across various areas, including Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and more. Working alongside a collaborative, cross-functional team, you’ll help develop and support our financial strategies for everything from hypercars to SUVs.

You’ll need to:
1. Be a team player with excellent problem-solving skills.
2. Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3. Have some experience with financial analysis tools and software.
4. Be enthusiastic about advancing your career and developing technical expertise.

5. Graduate starting salary £34,200
6. Salary increments (subject to performance and criteria being met over the programme)
7. Work towards a CMI Level 5 qualification
