Job Title: Saturday & Part time Viewings Assistant
Location: Reading
Brand: Romans
Salary: £13550.16 per annum
Hours: 21.5 hours per week (12pm-6pm Wednesday, Thursday, 12pm-5:30pm Friday, 9am-1pm Saturday)

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the position of Saturday Assistant will be smart, confident, enthusiastic and will demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Register new applicants and promote new properties
* Qualify applicants prior to viewings
* Book and carry out property viewings
* Report on any need for repairs at properties
* Provide feedback to the relevant managers on applicants’ needs and ensure systems are up to date
Skills Required
* Experience with customer service
* Ability to organise and prioritise workload
* Attention to detail
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full UK driving license
