Chef required for a kitchen in North Norfolk, this is a great location on the coast. Salary for the chef is £32k-38k 4 day week. They have one gap in the kitchen and flexible if you're a demi chef de partie, chef de partie or a junior sous chef. The kitchen cooks a range of fish and other dishes, this is a gastro pub establishment.
The role
As a chef you will run the section in the kitchen working under the head chef and sous chef. You will ensure your section runs smoothly in service, you will prep your section and cook in service. This chefposition will include all the standard chef de partieor junior sous chefduties
Expeirence
We are looking for a chefwith a fresh food background, able to drive and have good knife skills, you will be either at a chef de partie, demi chef de partie or junior sous chef level
