We are currently working on a fantastic Business Development Director role in which you will be driving revenue growth by identifying, securing, and developing new business opportunities across R&D tax services. As a Business Development Director, you will be responsible for building trusted commercial relationships with prospective and existing clients, translating complex incentive frameworks into compelling value propositions and developing tailored sales strategies to meet client needs. The role focuses on proactively sourcing cold opportunities, maximizing cross‑selling from current accounts, and guiding prospects through a structured business development cycle.
Requirements
* At least 3 years business to business sales experience.
* Evidence of consistent delivery of qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
* Strong cross‑selling performance within existing accounts.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to prioritise and organise information.
* Self‑motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
