Description
Supporting the Account Manager for the day-to-day management of Champneys Resort.
Lead by example, inspiring and supporting teams to deliver consistent excellence. Drive Elemis product sales and actively develop retail performance through effective internal and external promotional activity. Ensure company standards are upheld at all times, maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, integrity, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
To create activity to stimulate interest from clients in the Elemis brand.
To be responsible for the growth of sales of the Elemis brand.
To support Account Manager when required with weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business and report such information Regional Business Manager and Senior Head of UK Spa and Salon.
To perform ELEMIS Express treatments and HD consultation to promote Elemis treatments and brand.
To assist and support in the on-going product knowledge and retail training for the Champneys spa team working with the Elemis brand.
To be responsible for the motivation and team spirit of the retail spa consultant(s) and therapists (where necessary) working with the Elemis brand.
To carry out promotion and demonstrations as required.
Support Account manager when required with stocktakes and orders are carried out regularly.
To work as a team with the other individuals and colleagues in the Company and within Champneys, sharing knowledge when appropriate, helping colleagues and promoting a spirit of mutual respect and support.
Understand and abide by Company and departmental rules, policies, and procedures for both Elemis and Champneys.
To carry out other duties as requested by the management of both Elemis and Champneys.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Beauty Therapy L3 qualification
Experience within a similar role
Management and retail experience within the same industry
Practical work experience in conducting treatments
Good level of computer literacy
Elemis treatment and product knowledge*
