In this role, you will:
* Work closely with a child in EYFS, providing tailored 1:1 support to help them thrive emotionally, socially, and academically
* Collaborate with the EYFS team and SENCo to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences
* Foster a safe, caring, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth
* Support the child in developing confidence, independence and essential early skills
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Early Years Educator Level 3 or equivalent (essential)
* Passionate about working with young children, particularly in a 1:1 support role
* Kind, patient, and nurturing with excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Organised, flexible and able to respond to individual learning needs creatively
* Knowledgeable about safeguarding and committed to supporting the wellbeing of all pupils

Hours: 37.25 per week. 7.25 hours for 4 days, 8.25 hours for one day (to support at a club)
Weeks: 36 per year
Salary: £20,348 (pro rated)
Start Date: 1st September
