Part time/ 30 hours/8.30am – 3pm Monday - Friday RAF Oakhanger, Bordon, GU35,9JA Salary: Competitive plus benefits Serco is looking for a FM Administrator to provide administration and business support to the Facilities Management (FM) Department on the SDW contract and be a point of contact for the Customer at the Oakhanger site. Main Accountabilities: Purchase consumables for the contract, including cleaning and stationery supplies Ensure FM contractor site visit requests are processed in a timely manner Obtain and collate the necessary documentation for Security Clearance or renewal of FM contractors prior to processing by the Vetting & Access Administrator Log Help Desk requests for the Oakhanger site using the customer’s IT system Act as point of contact for all Serco SDW uniform and IT requirements, successfully managing the purchasing process Maintain FM contractor Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) records, and regularly check to ensure all contractors are compliant Assist the Contract Manager with the management, training, and licencing of all site Fire Marshals Responsible for the efficient operation of the Meeting Room booking system Support with the checking and maintenance of timesheets for the SDW contract Assist with Serco SDW Recruitment and support in attending interviews when required Responsible for dissemination of approved internal and external communications Take on the role of Serco SDW Data Protection Champion Organise, attend, and minute various monthly and ad hoc meetings Provide cover, where required, for team members during absence and holiday Safe, effective, and economic operation of the Business Administration area Compliance with all Serco Management System policies and procedures Develop and maintain internal and Serco Shared Services stakeholder relationships Comply with applicable QHSE Fire, Human Resources, and Security policies Uphold the values and behaviours of Serco and abide by the Governing Principles Promote Business Continuity and continuous improvement in your area Conduct any other task as requested by the Senior Business Administrator and FM Finance & Compliance Manager What you will need to do the role: Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised on Admin tasks set by the Senior Business Administrator and FM Finance & Compliance Manager Experience of working in a customer focused environment Good written skills Able to take accurate and relevant meeting notes and produce timely and accurate minutes High level of competency in MS Office skills Good interpersonal skills Good organisational skills Full driving licence Hold SC clearance or have no problems obtaining it.
