A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Manager for a company in the Warminster area.
With no day ever being the same the Warehouse Manager role offers a opportunity to perform as part of the senior leadership team and offers career development within a first-class organisation. 
Role & Responsibilities: 
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch, ensuring stock accuracy and safety compliance.
Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics, transport, and freight, ensuring timely delivery.
Lead and develop warehouse and logistics teams, promoting safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Manage WMS and ERP systems for accurate stock control and ensure HSE, quality, and export compliance.
Drive process improvements, optimise workflows, and monitor KPIs to reduce costs and boost efficiency.Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Excellent organisation and time management
Analytical thinker with data-driven decision-making
Focused on problem-solving and process improvement
Proficient in ERP/WMS systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
Knowledge of HSE standards, logistics best practice, and supply chain principlesPackage and Benefits:
