About you
* Experience in a service-delivery or customer-facing role
* Strong skills in recording, analysing, and reporting information accurately
* Confident using standard IT packages (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
* Comfortable engaging with contractors, conducting site visits, and supporting operational monitoring
What you’ll do
* Support the monitoring and administration of a waste and recycling project
* Carry out inspections and site visits to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities
* Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to address performance issues and recommend corrective actionsAssist in analysing waste data and preparing monitoring/service reports to meet statutory requirements
* Contribute to operational and contract meetings, helping drive continuous improvement
