ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sales and Project Director will actively contribute to achieving sales and profit targets by securing projects with the right clients and ensuring financial goals are met. This role involves nurturing existing client relationships to maintain loyalty and a consistent project pipeline. The Director will collaborate with the Business Development team to establish a growth-focused strategy, align sales tactics with a strong brand identity, and lead project teams in securing profitable ventures. Additionally, the Director will play a vital role in promoting the marketing strategy through personal networks and social channels, positively influencing departmental performance and the organization’s culture.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Relevant Business Development experience in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience in generating new business for an organization.
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
4. A robust list of industry contacts.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
Our client offers a generous package of £60,000 – £65,000, with a suitable candidate having the potential to earn an O.T.E of £90k – £100k. Furthermore, a competitive company package can be negotiated for the right candidate.
