The successful candidate will work closely with the Patient Pathway Coordinators and admin managers, supporting administrative services. The ability to handle multiple issues and operational matters is crucial.
The post holder will serve as the point of contact for all administrative issues related to patients’ pathways of care. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and support the Patient Pathway Coordinator (PPC) in proactively managing the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the process runs smoothly.
The role requires ensuring high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being accessible, customer-focused, and knowledgeable. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) will guide the consistent and correct execution of role functions within specified timescales.
